Meet the Author

After a sales career spanning more than twenty years, Lisa Ryan transformed herself into the Chief Appreciation Strategist and Founder of Grategy®. She is a dynamic inspirational communicator who presents keynotes, workshops and seminars on harnessing the power of gratitude in business and in life.


Lisa has been speaking professionally since 1997. She is featured in the movie “The Keeper of the Keys” with other internationally known self-development experts including: Jack Canfield of Chicken Soup for the Soul, Marci Shimoff of The Secret, and John Gray of Men are from Mars; Women are from Venus.


In 2012, Lisa was also featured in the self-development film, “The Gratitude Experiment.” She appeared alongside Bob Proctor, Dr. John DeMartini, Mary Morrissey and others from the book and hit book and movie “The Secret.”


She is a professional member of the National Speakers Association, and serves on the Ohio Chapter Board as Protrack Manager. She is also a member of Toastmasters International and holds both a Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA in marketing.


In addition to Grategy ®, she is the Co-Founder of the Positive Thinkers Network. A Cleveland native, she has been blissfully married to Scott Ryan since 1996.
