Set in today's sports world of competitive basketball, the reader finds a story of a dysfunctional family, abuse of young players, murder and - yes - swine.

The action starts when a young PI, Nick Sterling, is hired to find the missing ballplayer, "The Missile". The story takes us from one college campus in Georgia and then to one in Kansas. Nick finds himself struggling when an expected easy find turns into a complex demand for his skills. It is a fast moving, page-turner and that's no hogwash.
