I enjoyed the story, it caused me to go back and read the two books before it Bound By Your Touch and Written on Your Skin and the one that came after it Fool Me Twice!

I really liked the first book I read by this author, but I was disappointed by this one. It didnt have the wonderful heroine, the historical context, the complex storyline, the chemistry of the first. The hero was quite likable but the heroine was a bit too flawed. The storyline was simple and contrived, there wasnt much chemistry. Its not a bad book, but a bit of a waste.

Wonderful writer - ditto comment below. Great characters and dialogue and well-crafted plot. Ms. Duran has been added to my "must-read" author list!

This book could have been good but drags on and on with repetitive details that are boring and full of angst and frustration. Then there are the mean and self centered aquaintances of Liza & Michael who are much too prominent in the house party storyline...which seems endless. Very disappointing.
