    Great toddler sensory book!

    My 16 month old LOVES this book! It has a developmentally appropriate repetitive story where the final page has a slightly different format. It helps teach body parts of animals (ears, horns, fur, tail, etc.), as well as adjectives describing the part that makes the monster NOT the narrator's. It has tactile parts on each monster that my little guys LOVES to touch, and they corollate with the adjective on that page (e.g. fluffy describes the fur on the ears, or rough describes the horns and the child can touch that part and feel what rough is.) We'll definitely buy more in this series.

    Love it

    My son and i read this a lot, he loves the textures and pictures. I love it too. short simple and fun to feel the textured pieces. Probably the best touch and feel book i have seen so far. Not to much of a story but at a small age of under 2yrs my son doesnt need a lot of story as much as interesting things to touch and see.

    GREAT Book

    My son is 18 months old and this is his Favorite book. He has several of the touch and feel books and this is the one that he loves the most. He even takes it to bed with him. I have read it so many times I don't need to see the words. He has started to try and read it to himself.

    Fun, cute, interactive book!

    We bought this book for our son when he was 8 months old. He loves books, even just flipping the pages. We could only get board books because he likes to tear the pages and chew on regular paper ones. This book was a quick hit. Each page has one line of text, telling you why that monster is "not my monster" along with a Bright friendly monster image. And each monster has something tactile on it for baby to touch. He liked this book so much we bought 7 more to give as gifts at his first b day party! ( monster themed of course). So far I've had great responses from the mommies that their babies love it too!

    my son's favorite!

    My son is 7 months old and he ALWAYS picks this book. He loves touching the "touchy feely" spots on each page! The pictures are big and colorful.

    That's Not My Monster by Rachel Wells

    My one year old nephew absolutely loves having this book read to him! It is sure to be a new classic that all children will remember. He loved to be able to touch all of the pages and find a new texture in all of the pages. I believe that this book is going to be a success with kids everywhere, and someday when he gets a little older I know that it is going to be one of his favorite books and he will be reading it to me. It is sure to stimulate all toddlers minds and they will pore over it with or without you just for the act of being able to feel all of the different pages. We love this book!

    Great for toddlers. My 2 1/2yr old grandson loved it. Wants it read every night at bedtime and then takes it to bed with him.

    It is short and fun for both parents/grandparents and kids alike. The different "touch" fabrics on each page enhance the experience making it interactive. If the bedtime reading ritual includes 2-3 books, this is a great option for one of them. Partly because it goes so fast. Good to make it the last one and then into bed. Works for us anyway!

    My son loves this book

    This book has become my son's favorite book. He's only 12 months old, but he loves to touch the different textures and he'll happily sit there and flip through it on his own. It's definitely the book we read him the most.

    Great Monster Book

    My little boy is all about "monster-scaries" as he calls them. He started out with the book "That's Not My Dinosaur" and loves this monster book just as well!

    My 10 month old Granddaughter LOVES this book!

    The textured areas are varied and very fun. The story is easy to read and even very young kids love the "is it?....Nooooooo" format.
