Overview

ADHD & ADD 101: Information on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Many professionals have written about this learning disability. However, this ebook is not another medical or technical explanation of the disorder, but rather the firsthand experiences of someone who has overcome ADHD in his lifetime. This book is about what has worked for me, my friends, and my family members, revealing the techniques and tips we have used to become successful and fulfilled, allowing us to live with ADHD. There will not be a surplus of complex medical terms, charts, or graphs… nor will you find advice and reasons to choose medication as a means of treatment. All that will be found herein is a personal examination of a learning disorder that can, in fact, be overcome.

Editorial Reviews

Cayle Fuller
I loved this ebook! It gets right to the point by providing definitions and symptoms of ADHD and ways to overcome it without using medication. Many kids today are diagnosed with this disorder and are quickly prescribed Ritalin because their parent or teacher doesn't know how to help. This book provides invaluable information about ADHD and solid ways to manage this learning disability in a simple and healthy manner. I highly recommend this book!
