    In January the gyms are packed, the news is abuzz with what can be different in your life in the coming year.  By February the feeling dies, the lines to your favorite treadmill
    are wide open again.  The 12 week year can get this mindset in your life every 12 weeks.  Making committments for 12 weeks is so different
    than for 12 months.  Brian's book and ideas can be put into practice in your personal and professional life.  His book is a page turner
    and one that every page counts if you are "committed" and not just "interested" in making change in your life.  Make the next 12 weeks 
    the most important in your life.

    Not a fresh concept, but freshly presented and presented very well.

    I've been around the block once or twice and I'm a bit of a self improvement junkie, so I've heard some of these words before. However, the author states the points well and I'm betting that there are many people to whom this will all be new. In that regard, I think that it's an excellent book.

    As for the 12 week year, I'm actually going to try it this year with my small company.
