Can't say if the diet works but hate the format of .the book

I have not been able to get past the 5 day kick start to start the 2 day diet. Maybe it's because I took an instant dislike to the book - too many uninspiring testimonials to scroll through and I got tired of scrolling back and forth to go from the diet plan to the recipes and back. I will never buy this type of book in the Nook format. It's much easier to have a book where you can quickly flip through pages to go find the page you want instead of scrolling page by page.

    KITCLAN

Most clans are realistic. But kitclan? Nope! All kitclan cats have long claws, like wolverine. The claws can also be set on fire. This is why kitclan highly enforces the rule of no claws in battle training. Kitclan can also communicate with twolegs. We can borrow their weapons and food. So kitclan is undefeatable, with guns, hangliders, bombs, and more!!!! We also never starve in leaf-bare. Kitclan is an awesome clan. So tell your friends!!!!!!!!!!!!
