Editorial Reviews

Association News - Molly M.
The Condominium Bluebook for California is the one essential resource for condo owners. I refer to it all the time and take it with me to every board meeting. It's really helpful in keeping our board on track. We have avoided a lot of conflicts by being able to quote the law from The Condominium Bluebook. I highly recommend it if you are having a conflict with another owner to if you are on the board of your homeowner's association.
