I've been through MANY diet/fitness books and MANY crash diets but this one is by far the best! With lots of helpful suggestions, easy to follow guidelines, checklists and creative alternatives this compact guide can travel anywhere with you and is almost "fail-proof" No matter what your goal, there is certain to be a section that suites your needs. For myself, I combined the detox and excercise regimens and (although the first week was rough)the book gave great encouragement and after 28 days I feel great and look even better!
