    Another Adams Media recipe homerun!

I have bought several other Adams Media recipe booklets and love them. I also love this pizza one!! I've already tried the Slow-Cooked Tomator Sauce recipe and love it. The only thing about that recipe is, I would cut back just a weeee bit on the crushed red pepper flakes. What's called for is not heinous, even for a spicy food lover like me. However, I still think a slight reduction in the pepper flakes' quantity would work great. I didn't have thyme or basil on-hand, but the sauce worked great. I used canned San Marzano tomatoes and just pureed them in my Ninja blender, as I didn't have regular tomato sauce, either. I can't wait to try many more recipes in this Nook cookbooklet! I look forward to more goodies like this by Adams. They certainly have me hooked! PLEASE keep them coming. :-)
