This will really help you to achieve your weight-loss goals if you are willing to work hard and dedicate yourself to writing down what you're eating and how much you're working out. There is no easy, quick-fix scheme here...just a way to journal your way to a fitter, happier, healthier you! Writing down what you eat makes you aware of how many calories you have in a day. Setting a calorie goal for each day helps you stay within the allotted amount that will help you lose pounds. It is a fool-proof way to lose weight. I followed this calorie-restricted plan and common-sense exercise routine to lose 78 lbs., but for 76 lbs. of it, I never had a nifty journal to write everything down in. There is a weigh-in page for every few weeks that you do this where you can track your body's inches. Try this...it works if you put the work into it and are honest with yourself. Don't try this if you are not willing to make a life change of healthier eating and more movement. God bless and best wishes!
