Dawn Altomari-Rathjen, LPN, BPS earned her bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management from The Culinary Institute of America and has been a chef and culinary manager at several restaurants.
Jennifer M. Bendelius, MS, RD earned her master's degree from Columbia University. She is a member of the American Diabetic Association, and lives in New Jersey.
Leah Traverse, RD completed her nutrition education at Simmons College and her dietetic internship at the Harvard Medical School affiliate Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. She currently works with a variety of patients including those with weight loss issues, cancer, diabetes, and cardiac disease in addition to the bariatric and pediatric populations. She is an active member of the American and Massachusetts Dietetic Associations.
