    Very reader friendly! Easy to read and understand book that incl

    Very reader friendly! Easy to read and understand book that includes lots of information about research studies if you want to know the "why" behind the eating plan but also gives you the option of skipping straight to the "how" so you can get started right away. Then you can always go back and read the "why" later after you have gotten started to help keep you motivated. Includes lots of recipes which use ingredients you really can find at your local store and information that will help you get through the grocery store quicker as well as "formulas" to help you come up with some recipes of your own. Alisa's book Project Happily Ever After is also a must read! Her writing style and openness draws you in and makes you wish you could meet her!
