    Practical and Inspiring

This book is FANTASTIC! Just like Phil and Amy, the book is friendly, conversational and very encouraging. The daily encouragements from Phil and Amy are such blessing and the practical aspects, such as keeping track of food and water intake, the daily fitness record and daily devotional, are highly motivational and keep you on track. This book is a game changer and I highly recommend.

    Not great for nook

I like the book but it would be better in print so you dont have to use a seperate notebook to fill in your answers or food/workout journal. I was looking for something more than what i found in this book however as far as diet guidelines. It gives u percentages of what u should eat on carbs protein etc but nothing clear cut on calories. Basically workout 30-60 mins 5 xweek (there is a wokout plan) and increase your intensity every month. Eat mostly natural food. Nothing ground breaking diet wise. The greatest and most useful part of the book however just may be what i have not tried yet . The book walks you through everyday with a little motivation and words of wisdom/advice/tips. Again on nook you cant record your day so a notebook is needed. Jan 2nd will be my day 1 and i will update my review as i go.
