Overview

The ABCs of Child Injury is authored by David A. Wolf, Attorney. With over 20 years of experience as a child injury lawyer, David Wolf provides insight, guidance, and helpful advice and tips for parents doing their best to deal with a child injury. It is not an easy task to be a parent. It is that much tougher being a parent dealing with a child who has suffered a personal injury.

Topics in the book include the following:

Medical Bills and Medical Care
What kind of medical care should a child receive following a child injury? Who is responsible for the medical bills? Who is going to pay the medical bills?

Automobile Accidents
What insurance applies if a child is injured in an automobile accident?

Day Care Center Injuries
What standards apply for the supervision and care of my child in a Day Care Center?

School Injuries
What can I do if my child is injured at school?

Park and Playground Injuries
What should I do if my child is injured at a park or playground?

Theme Park and Amusement Park Injuries
What should I do if my child is injured at a theme park or amusement park? Are theme park and theme park waivers and notices valid?

Homeowner's Insurance
What if my child is injured at another person's home?

Dog Bite Injuries
What should I do if my child suffers dog bite injuries?

There are also topics on Swimming Pool, Water Parks, and other Bodies of Water. In addition, there is information on Sports and Recreational Injuries and Child Abuse and Neglect.

There are many other topics in this book including safety recommendations and injury prevention. Whether a child is injured at home, another person's home, a swimming pool, water park, sports field, school, or other location - The ABCs of Child Injury has information that Every Parent Should Know. As pointed out by David A. Wolf in the book, "don't go it alone" as a parent dealing with a child injury. He further believes firmly in Giving a Voice to Injured Children and Their Families. Read the book and contact a child injury lawyer for guidance, consultation, and representation.

In addition to the book - The ABCs of Child Injury, David Wolf is the author of the Florida Child Injury Lawyer Blog which contains over 1000 articles on a variety of child injury topics. He is also the editor of the Child Injury Lawyer Blog and the founder of the Child Injury Lawyer Network. Mr. Wolf is an active proponent of children's rights and an advocate for injured children and their families.

Is dealing with an injury as easy as A-B-C? Certainly not. However, the book is a valuable guide for parents doing their best to deal with and understand child injuries. Advocating for the Benefit of Children is far from simple but so important to meet the child's needs following an injury.

A Must Have Book For Any Parent!

Attorney Wolf's book is very well written and incredibly thorough as it provides useful and practical information for parents if they are in the unfortunate situation of having a child get injured. This is a book which every parent should have in their library as a great resource of what to do, who to contact, and what legal rights they and their child have if an injury happens.
