Finding easy but delicious recipes for my family is never an easy task so when I received this e-book I was super excited. This book is filled with 75 awesome recipes and they couldn't be easier to make. Seriously! There is virtually no prep time and everything goes into one pot to cook. It saves time, effort and extra dishes to wash. These are also not "frozen" or premade dinners, this is actually food that you make from scratch so it's much better and my kids love it. They have even started helping me "dump" the ingredients! This book gives great tips on what to stock up on to simplify meal time in addition to foods that you should look for on sale and stock up on for the pantry, refrigerator, freezer and more. There are six different ways the book uses to cook the recipes: in a pot, skillet, casserole, sheet pan, slow cooker, and bowl. Nothing exotic or unheard of just simple ways to cook. I love it! I received this book at no charge in exchange for an unbiased and honest review.
I am a stay at home mom of an active 3 year old and a baby on the way. I am so glad I came across this book. Dump Dinners is really helping me come up with more creative ways to make homemade meals in a fraction of the time. I particularly like the many idea's involving ready made chicken. I am always looking for ideas to reinvent leftover Costco chicken. The meals are simple and taste good. Mainly use precooked ingredients and add them all together in one pot (hence the name- "dump dinners") and the meal is ready in minutes!
