    I Also Recommend:

    A great life-long reference book.

This book is a great buy if you, like me, are concerned about the effects of ph imbalance on your body. Just like what you learned in high school chemistry class, foods are either acid or alkaline, and they affect your body in different ways. This book does a really great job of providing information on these effects, how some of them can be harmful and the problems that they can cause, and the importance of keeping your body's ph level in balance. It also provides a pretty exhaustive listing of foods and their acidity/ alkalinity ratings for fast, easy reference. This book is well worth the price, and I highly recommend picking it up and keeping it handy, as you will find yourself referring to it constantly for years to come.
