The six week regimen outlined in this book helped me get my skin calmed down and normalized. Continued use of the basic ideas has helped keep things under control. I didn't use the author's line of products, just relatively simple products with the recommended treatment ingredients. Over time, I've managed to maintain a fairly simple routine that works. (Salicylic wash, occasional spot treatment with BP, even less frequent use of the entire routine of BP/glycolic toner/Salicylic wash when things get hormonal and weird.)Was this review helpful? I wish I had read this book when I was a teenager! His solutions are very easy to implement, available at drugstores and don't require expensive products or his own line. When I stray from his suggestions and acne comes back I can easily control it by following his guidelines. I am tempted to tell strangers that I see suffering from this disease especially since its so easy to do. If you suffer from acne this is the cheapest and best investment you will ever make. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
