I was a goodreads winner of this book "The Acorn Mouse: A Child's Intro to
eating Acorns" by Suellen Ocean. The book was excellent for children, it highlight the way the Acorn can be eat. The Language was excellent, the Narration was adding weight to the storyline.

Meet the Author

Suellen Ocean is both a novelist and non-fiction writer who has been teaching the art of eating acorns since 1981. Her book and video, Acorns And Eat’em, has been enjoyed by cooks and nature enthusiasts across the country. Her husband, Jon Hose, produced the Acorns And Eat’em video and provided technical support for the production of this book. Suellen enjoys gathering and cooking acorns with her family and friends.
