Meet the Author

Tim Bartlett began sailing as a child on the Thames near his parents' home. After teaching sailing in commercial sailing schools he became a full time yacht skipper at the Island Cruising Club. After five years running his own engineering company he became technical editor of Motor Boat and Yachting.
