    Really Works

    I've been on this diet for about a month now and it really works.
    I'm diabetic so dropping weight is slow for me no matter what I eat.
    But this diet is really a life change in that you eat healthy and have more energy. Lost 5 pounds so far!!!

    Very technical....lots of info

    I found this very difficult to read...could easily tell that it was written by a doctor.

    Great book!

    Well written and easy to understand how food affects the body. We have been following the diet and find we feel better and have lost a few pounds.
