Overview

Homer is a very unusual cat who thought of himself as the greatest cat in the world. He could display his many superpowers if only he would be given the chance to prove it by being free to leave the house. Yet his unintended escape to adventure by way of a moving van challenged him. Now Homer has all the adventure he could possibly ever hope for. Unfortunately, he is so far away from home he wonders if he will forever be doomed to be known as Homer the Roamer.

About the Author

Tom Mach wrote three successful historical novels, Sissy! All Parts Together, and Angels at Sunset. All three have won awards. He is also the author of The Invisible Twins (a children's chapter book), Stories to Enjoy, Persistence, Then Peace (a memoir), and two poetry books-The Uni Verse and The Museum Muse. Mach was a copywriter, editor of two magazines, conducted writing workshops in Ohio, California, and Kansas, and taught writing at KU's Continuing Education He was also the past president with both the California Writers Club and the Kansas Authors Club. He won the Jack London Award in California and a Lifetime Achievement Award with the Kansas Authors Club. He currently resides with his wife in Lawrence, Kansas-where he is also involved in volunteer work to help children with their writing skills. He is currently working on a musical comedy.
