Deep in the forest, there lived a pack of wolves. Their leader was Greystoke, and this was his coven. He had called an assembly and the wolves were starting to gather. The night was dark and the moon was hidden. Greystoke slunk into the clearing. He was dreading this assembly. But he was still head
of the pack and there was a job to be done. Tonight they were to banish one of the family. He hated the thought of this. He had always been proud of his coven, but recent dissent amongst the ranks had forced this confrontation.

About the Author

Sue Greensmith was born in England where she qualified as a teacher. She married in 1967 to her husband, Pete. After living in Switzerland for a while, they emigrated to Canada in 1969. They have travelled the world together - always in search of adventure. Eventually they settled in Toronto and adopted two children. Sue spent 30 years teaching 9 to 13 year olds. She has just published her first book aimed at that age group but with appeal to a broader audience: “The Adventures of Kikera and Sol”. It is based on their own two dogs, one of which was a wolf-dog from the Animal Rescue Mission.
Sue plans to make it the first of a series of Kikera books.
