After waiting several days for my order, I tried to contact customer service by phone and was kept on hold for over 10 minutes with no response and no opportunity to leave a message. I waited another week and called again and this time I waited over 15 minutes with the same result--zero response. I sent email--no response. I sent a 2nd email explaining my frustration and canceling my order--no response. Three weeks after I submitted my order, they sent a link to download it, and guess what--the link went to nowhere. What a bunch of losers! I will NOT buy anything on-line from Barnes and Noble again.
