Dr. Curtis I just got through reading your book. It is a great tool for leaders. I couldn't help but reflect on my time as Superintendent while working for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, Waterworks Division. I could see my self using some of the principles in your book in the course of my interactions with my superiors and subordinates; but I wished I had this tool when I was there because I saw other areas that would have made me a much better supervisor. I can see where these principles will work in person to person interactions in our everyday activities as well as organizational supervisor to subordinate interaction. I would recomend this book for anyone in a leadership position and for anyone aspairing to be in leadership. Well done. Dan Jones
