Overview

The real estate, stock, and private debt bubbles have already burst, and there is more trouble on the horizon. That's the hard truth that David Wiedemer, Robert Wiedemer, and Cindy Spitzer—the authors who accurately predicted the financial crisis of 2008—revealed in their books America's Bubble Economy in 2006, Aftershock in 2009, and the bestseller Aftershock, Second Edition in 2011.

In The Aftershock Investor, they offered information and investing advice on what the future holds and what you need to do to survive—and even thrive—in today's continuing economic storm. This newly revised Second Edition of The Aftershock Investor offers a more detailed, more proactive investing philosophy that shows you how to actively manage your investment portfolio based on a macroeconomic view of the current and future economy. It's filled with practical knowledge you need to keep your money safe. From what to do with your home to what to do with your cash, this invaluable book is packed with smart investment insights that you can put into practice right away.

Taking an in-depth look at the current and future global economic climate, the book covers such key issues as what's next for stocks, bonds, currencies, commodities, and other assets, and why continuing actions by the U.S. Federal Reserve will eventually damage the dollar, the economy, and much more.

Packed with detailed investment advice on real estate, retirement, annuities, life insurance, and buying gold and silver before, during, and after the economic crisis, The Aftershock Investor, Second Edition is full of prescient insights about what you can do to protect—and grow—your money as the next round of global asset bubbles burst.

Those who heeded the authors' earlier warnings were able to successfully ride out the financial crisis of 2008 and even cash in during the years that followed. Now, this new edition of The Aftershock Investor gives you a second chance for protection and profit from what is yet to come.

This book made sense to me. I have changed my investments ater reading Aftershock Investor and then their previous book, Aftershock. My motto now is prepare for the worst, but hope and PRAY for the best. This books offers insight on how to prepare if the worst comes due to the US massive printing of money and the huge and still growing national debt.

If our politicians would read this book, they might give a bit more thought to their bickering and special interests. I would recommend this book.
