Meet the Author

Kitty Maynard has three grown children, a loving dog, and is coauthor of many cookbooks. She is a registered nurse and a manager in the healthcare industry.

Lucian Maynard lives in North Carolina with his wife, Kitty. He has coauthored, with his wife, The American Country Inn and Bed & Breakfast Cookbook, Volumes I and II, The Oat Bran Cookbook, and, with Theodore Duncan, The All-New Diabetic Cookbook. He, too, is a registered nurse and manager in the healthcare industry.

Especially as an e-reader i have found difficult too navigate. First-like my cookbooks to be in category style(breakfast,lunch,dinner etc). Have to scan entire index to find what i want. Then when i tap the emblem near to recipe it takes me to wrong one, then searching even more. Would like refund. Does anyone know how to get one? Gave two srars because has good info at beginning for those who need and there are good recipes if your willing to spend to much time looking for them.

My sister just hit me with arope in the face, this is still a good book if you are diabedic!!!!!!!!!!!
