I was introduced to Scott Sigler through his great podcasts and enjoyed his work so much I buy the e-book so I don't have to wait for the podcast to come out. The Rookie, The Starter and now The All Pro are all great stories with great characters. If I had one complaint it would be an 'mature' version where the profanity was actually used.
All of Scott's other things are just as good, so when you get done with these, check out some of his other stuff. You won't be disappointed.

I'm not a fan of football at all, but I love the GFL series. This book is a must have. I just suggest that if you're new you should try to read The Rookie and The Starter. I love the way you get sucked into the world of Quentin Barnes and football.

First off I must say I am not a football fan. I am a fan horror and SiFi. In other words I am a fan of Scott Sigler. :-)
I find myself learning the game of football and totally enjoying this out of this world, alien rich futuristic book. Like THE ROOKIE and THE STARTER this is a MUST have in your collection.
