Great story line, good characters. Not too clear on story about Mel and her 2 partners background together. That being said this was 75 pages, and free :). But ... I won't be reading the rest of the 2/3 series because $3 a book, and if they're only 75 pages? So $6 for 150 more pages isn't worth it to me .

Mel is renowned thief in the supernatural community. So when she is offered the most impossible job she takes it for the right price. But the job is too difficult for one person so she get a team together. While she is on the job she is captured by the very person that owns what she is trying to take. Luke is owner of the priceless item that Mel has stolen. He will stop at nothing to get the item back. Even is the thief is the person that he can't stop thinking about since they shared a passionate kiss before all of this happened. What will Luke do her now that he has her? I received this book as an ARC in exchange for my hones review. This is my first time reading this author and I loved the book. I could not put it down. I can't wait to read the rest of this series and to see what happens with Luke and Mel. Their was few twist in the book that you didn't see coming. I recommend this book to others.

very short...cliffhanger ending, but quite entertaining none the less
