He has published numerous articles in scientific and medical journals, including Medical Hypotheses and Free Radical Biology & Medicine. DONALD R. LAUB SR., M.D., is the former chief of plastic surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine.

    Something nearly everyone can do.

    This book was suggested to me by a friend and I have to admit it was well written and gives a very interesting take on the possibilities of alternate day eating to stay healthy and keep your weight manageable. I would recommend reading it.
