Lucian Maynard lives in North Carolina with his wife, Kitty. He has coauthored, with his wife, The American Country Inn and Bed & Breakfast Cookbook, Volumes I and II, The Oat Bran Cookbook, and, with Theodore Duncan, The All-New Diabetic Cookbook. He, too, is a registered nurse and manager in the healthcare industry.
