His book does educate you on calories burned to lose weight. His book goes into the concept of changing your thoughts and using brainwashing to accomplish weight loss. What it does not do is give you the tools to do this. This book is a tease to get you to go through his course. Undereating to lose weight through out the week cannot be healthy but only teach anorexia.

I enjoyed all his information about how cravings for foods can be overcome but it was only on the last few pages that it finally got down to what his plan was about. I don't want to give away the ending but I found it way to restrictive for me. There are many points from the book i will take with me but will not be following his plan.

although he has good ideas to help someone, there's excessive words that's nothing more than him repeating stuff over and over and over......Not saying I won't apply this to my life but lost interest in book because of the way it was written.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this book. Mr. Anderson responds frequently on the National Weight Loss Registry which is what prompted me to buy this book. I now understand why my weight loss efforts have not been successful in the past. This book offers a permanent solution to weight loss and not a quick fix. I am using the techniques he discusses in the book and am seeing results!
