An excellent book for anyone struggling with their reactions

I purchased this book after reading the reviews of others, and I want to pass on a very strong recommendation to buy this book. Reading Les Carter's book was the next best thing to having a personal therapist. It has literally changed my life. You have to be open to hearing his very thoughtful and deep advice, but it is incredibly enlightening. Basically, you have to come to the realization that it is possible for you to make great changes in your behavior. There are so many aspects of this realization, and I can't cover them here, but read this book. It is one of the most important books I have ever read.
