Volume 1 in the New York Times Bestselling Arrangement Serials

FML is becoming Avery's motto. Just when she doesn't think things could get any worse, they do. When her car stalls out at a busy intersection and she gets out to check under the hood, a guy steals her car. Armed with a dress and a pair of Chucks, Avery runs after the thief. When a hot stranger offers to help, she can't say no. That's how Avery meets Sean Ferro, the totally sexy, totally damaged guy with more secrets than she has time for.

Avery doesn't have time for anything anymore. Her is life falling apart and it's not just the car. It's everything, and it doesn't matter how tightly she tries to hold on, there's nothing left to hold on to. With the sudden death of her parents, it's only a matter of months until Avery's shot at college is gone, and she's living in a cardboard box. Other students have their families to rely on when things get bad. Avery has no one.

But there's one option, one incredibly sexy, morally devoid, option. If Avery takes a job as a call girl, one guy could save her. One client. One time. She just has to say yes.

Genre: New Adult Romance
This story unfolds over multiple volumes approx. 125 pages each.

Avery is such a wonderful, unqiue young woman. I found myself drawn to her strengh and spunk instantly. I love how she could find humor in all most every situation . Sean is just such a mystery, the good kind you can't wait to unwrap!

Ok..Beware this book is short and so is the second one and who know about the third and beyond!  By the time you get through this book you may pay $10.00 or more.  I bought both the first and second but will not buy the third, not worth $2.99 each, maybe .99???? Too bad!

After reading all the reviews about the story being broken up into 50 page increments, I refuse to buy it. Damaged series was awesome, but unless there is a bulk option that doesn't break the bank, I won't even get started.

liked the story line however the books are short and not worth the 2.99. I read all 6 and still havent finished the story after spending 18.00 dollars. I will not read any more H.M ward books. Its not worth the money especially if you read alot!

Love this book! But the fact that I have read all 7 of them and it has now cost me $21 so far (because they don't end at 7) is just wrong. I mean come on, a 3 book series if fine but doing this just makes me feel like the author is trying to get every penny they can. I really do like the author but I won't be reading anymore of the books. Listen to all your reviews HM Ward! People are upset by this. I read A LOT and would have become a loyal reader and read all your books but this looks like something you do a lot from all the reviews I've read!

I'm going to try and do you a favor and ward you off from this book right at the beginning. We are at book number 8, yeah you read that right I said book 8, with no end in sight. The fact that the author charges $3 a pop too really just boils my blood considering that not a single one of them is longer than 100 pages. I gave up after 7 which annoys me beyond belief because I'll never know how it all ends but I refuse to give this woman anymore of my money. I have no issue with the short story form, in fact I love them because they accommodate my schedule so well but this is ridiculous. If you want to read a good novella series go pickup the Disarm series by June Grey.

Don't bother with this. It's not a book, but a few chapters at best. I just finished "book" 7 and it hasn't ended yet. Expect to spend $21 just to read  all 7 and still not have an ending to the story. Rip off.

not a book, just a couple of chapters. Don't bother starting to read this series as it is never ending, who knows how much you will have to spend to get closure for these characters, the author is padding out a very thin story line to get more sales. Don't get sucked is as I did and don't even bother starting it. Its not worth the money you will end up spending.

This book is seriously a money pit. I fell in love with the first one and couldn't stop reading. If you've read Damaged, you'll love this. BUT there are 9 and soon to be 10 books out so far for 2.99 each. That's around $30 plus tax for a bunch of short stories that would have been much better in 1 or 2 novels for much much cheaper. If you don't care to spend the money then you'll probably enjoy it. Otherwise, you get hooked on the story line and get robbed.

Great story but over too soon! I really dont like being left hanging! Have to read the next one!

160 Pages of nothing. Just when something is about to finally happen, the book ends. I'm not buying the next one. It feels like a scam to get you to buy the next one. Horrible.

I read this in one sitting... its heartbreaking seeing what "miss smith" is going through and im curious about "motorcycle man." Just hope its not something like fifty shades. Looking forward to reading #2!

This "series" is one book that you pay $2.99 per every 160 or so pages This particular part of the series is 162 pages. In the end you're paying $3.24 (including tax) 8 times for a grand total of $25.92. This is some piss poor writing for that kind of money. It's a scam. This isn't even a good book, she's winy and cheesy and I would wager that the author is a virgin. She certainly doesn't have any idea how people think, act or truly behave. Don't get yourself started.

At first I didn't realize there was a series. Loved the characters and the story line thus far. Want to find out more about Sean.

H m ward is just greedy and thoughtless. I spent $33. For 10 volumes of what should have been one $2.99 book! Each volume is only about 50 pages and they just stop right in the ,middle of the story and leave yo waiting for months until the next book is available.

This could have been a fun read as a single book but to have a few chapters worth and have to buy the next few chapters is ridiculous. They are NOT that good for the aggravation and cost. I will keep my eye on this author but will not buy in his format.

Don't Start this Series! Save your time and money because it is a never ending series. If you start now, then you will be an idiot like myself and will be paying $2.99 for each installment/volume/chapter of this story that is at #15 now March 8,2014. You will see that this story started in 2013. I do not know of any other author who has scammed her readers/fans like Holly has. So ignore the raving praises by her die hard fans and read the 1 & 2 star reviews. The truth is there. If she ever finishes the story, it might be worth your while because at one time THERE WAS A STORY.
Anonymous More than 1 year ago
Unless you are willing to pay $2.99 for each installment that only has 60-70 pages in each installment if that, I would suggest you not start this series. I have read the first 13 installments and refuse to buy anymore. Will this story ever end or will it continue to drag us along just for the money. Its not worth it. Do yourself a favor and save yourself money and pick another book.

Before you start these books just know you are paying $2.99 for about 50 pages each story! The story is good but you will end up paying more than all of them put together!!
Anonymous More than 1 year ago
Unless you want to pay $30 plus dollars for a book that shouldnt cost more then $10 then dont buy so far this author has been doing nothing but ripping off her readers there are so far 11 books that are an average of maybr 50 pages each and you have to pay $2.99 per book HM Ward should be adhamed of herself!

After enjoying Damaged 1 and 2 I decided to check out this book because it was by the same author. I am now on book 11 and the story still hasnt ended. And sadly, I have paid 2.99 for each book. It really is a rip off and I am disappointed that the author is okay with this tactic. It is a good story but I don't think I will invest any more money in it. Too bad cause I would have like to see how it ended.
Anonymous More than 1 year ago
Do not waste your money on this book! Its only about 160 pages & leaves you with a cliff hanger! So far there are 9 "books" in the series with more to come, all short on pages. Do the math people! 9 books at $2.99 each! This will be the most expensive book you ever purchased! But if you don't mind getting riped off, this first story wasn't half bad.

Great story but totally not worth 2.99 for each book. Read damaged and damaged 2 either before or after it gives you an incite you sean and a little of avery.

This book is just horrible. So many grammatical errors. The story doesnt have any flow to it. Good effort on the writter but I would have gone through a few more edits before publishing.

I came across this series after reading a prior series of this author by accident. I am so glad that I did. These books are refreshing and a bit different from what I am used to reading. The plot is great. Avery is a college girl that has no-one and nothing. She has a crappy car and one of the opening scenes is of her trying to save her piece of crap hoopty that someone is actually trying to steal when she is trying to spray-start it to life. Enter the hero- Sean Ferro! This leads us on the downward slope of Avery becoming a call-girl to make ends and her first client being the yummy Sean Ferro.
