    The BEST book on Human Communication for ANYONE!

    WOW! I never thought I would learn so much in 256 pages of clear, easy to read, fascinating information and tools on how to imnprove communication! Chapter One on Intrapersonal Communication or self-talk provoded so many insights on how personal communication impacts your life. From there, climbing the other 6 steps of everyday communication made sense. There are great tips on better listening, confidence, relationships...the book is one of the most comprehensive I have ever read on practical communication skills to empower personal and professional life! Everyone needs this book!
