    Excellent Book

After seeing how great the movie was and when I saw the book, I had to get it! I love to read books on artwork of animated and live action movies. It's amazing how they create in detail the characters (Scrooge), costumes (The Ghost of Christmas Past) and scenery (Victorian London). Perfect book for anyone interested in furthering their careers as artists.

    Well-done Coffee-table Art Book of Dickens/Disney Classic

Better than the movie -- less hectic and not so jolting, you can linger over the well-executed and wonderfully detailed graphics, revel in the unique visual perspectives, and relish the development of the film's clever caricaturizations. It's a trove of visual teasurers to visit again-and-again any season of the year. You'll discover some new detail everytime you open its covers. Just enough text to be informative.

    more from this reviewer

A great look into the creation of the Christmas Carol!

If you are a 3D artist, enthusiast, or just love 3d movies, then you will really enjoy this book! It goes through the creative process of how sets and characters were created, as well as arriving at camera angle and set solutions throught practical means, though not getting deep into the the 3d and CG lingo that any reader wouldn't understand.
