You sound like wonderful person i dont know if youre reading this but listen up im 12 and my depression started when i was eight i have scars on my arms and hate in my head but what helps me alot is when i talk to my dog about it they listen but dont tell also think of your self as how your dog thinks of you she probally thinks mommy is the bestest person evers i know it may seem stupid but just try it Snugglyemo

I have really bad depresion issues and i read this book and has helped me. my parents never cared about me my father left when i was little my mom lets my stepdad beat me and i just didnt know what to do but this book and my friends helped me stay alive when i got depresed

I liked the part that said the devil attacks important people. The ones that have an important mission....something to give. And it also reiterated the selfisfhness of suicide. You only pass your depression on to others. Thanks for sharing this part of your heart. Godd bless you!
