Since Grill Book's publication, grilling has gained an even bigger following, with fans drawn to this cooking method's healthful benefits and flavorful, sophisticated new possibilities. This book is more than a recipe treasure trove. It's a guide to grilling techniques and equipment, including the latest information on gas grills and tools methods. (There's a special section on smoke cooking too.) McCune provides an entirely new collection of recipes suitable for everything from everyday (but not ordinary) dinners to wonderful dishes for entertaining. The recipes include unique flavors of the deep South, Kansas City Barbecue, and the earthy flavors of the Southwest.
