I love the contents of the book as well as the recipes... however, the charts do not show up properly on the nook :( I've tried the different nook apps but to no avail. I really hope this is fixed, as the charts contain a great deal of useful information.
The breakfast and dessert recipes are golden in this book. They're made from healthy fats and protein and have no refined carbs. They're also delicious and appeal to children. I use recipes from this book all the time. Our favorites are the flax waffles (basically made from flax seed and eggs), shamrock shakes (avocado and cream cheese make it unbelievably creamy), lemon bars and chocolate hazelnut spread. Finally, a health food recipe book full of recipes that don't taste weird. Highly recommend.
