    Beautiful fluff.

Alovely, artful display of some elegant house lighting examples, but short on basics and principles of lighting. More a coffee table book, or a selling tool for electricians. Not completely without ideas, just sparse.

    Its about time!

Finally some useful information on residential lighting design. This is not a book on selecting decorative lighting fixtures. It is a book dedicated to a successful proven architectual lighting philosophy with photos and renderings to back up the claims. Will this book make you an instant lighting expert? No. Will it assist you in a thought process for designing your own home? Yes! But most importantly I found it helpful in understanding the process and products of this behind the scenes practice.
