Editorial Reviews

School Library Journal
Gr 9 Up—This collection of beautiful drawings based on the popular manga Vampire Knight is breathtaking. Large, full-color pictures fill the book, including a foldout of the cover. Many of the drawings first appeared in LaLa magazine and a few illustrations were revised before being placed in the art book. In true manga form, it reads right to left, and the back of the book, or front as non-manga readers may see it, has a message from the author. The index includes thoughts about each drawing from the author. This oversize compilation has some sexually suggestive scenes. If manga circulates, this collector's item is a must-have purchase.—Mariela Siegert, Westfield Middle School, Bloomingdale, IL

    Beautiful and eye catching

This book is so beautifully detailed and colorfull. Matsuri hino is great at capturing that gothic art that is vampire knight. There is also a never before seen section just for this book. Also this book is a hardcover even though it says paperback. If you love vampire knight or not , you will certainly appreciate the great art in this book.

The book is beautiful! The colors are amazing. Matsuri Hino's art style has always been beautiful but it's breath taking in full color. This is a must have for any Vampire Knight or Matsuri Hino fan. I got this for Christmas last year and I was really excited about it. I loved every image and it comes with a poster that pulls out. Also the book is actually hardcover, which was a pleasant suprise as I thought it was paperback.
