I like the plot. But, please add a little more detail! Linger on a subject/spend some time on an idea or thought!

As Hollypaw glanced around the border as her mentor Froststrike sniffed around a clump of mallow. Her mom Berryheart would be happy for her if she figured out what was wrong with PineClan right? She pushed the thought away and dug up some mallow.
When they got back into camp the leader Dawnstar stooped down as she sniffed what the deputy Brackenthorn placed at her paws. She tilted her head to try to make out what it was and saw her grandmother's brown pelt and gasped.
Dawnstar asked Berryheart an Brackenthorn what happened and they both said,"It was PineClan and they attacked us because they crossed the border!"
"PineClan," echoed Dawnstar,"Brackenthorn,Berryheart,Froststrike,Hollypaw, and Sorrelpaw let's go and see what Darkstar has to say for himself that old cat." They all bounded up the staircase thing and charged across the puddle. Dawnstar held up her tail and meowed,"Let's wait for a patrol to come but while your here go across the border and Froststrike you and Hollypaw get herbs to offer to them.
Hollypaw ran across th border sloshing in the pool. She got watermint, coltsfoot, and dock leaves before a patrol came. She noticed only two of the cats and they were Sunpaw and Lionpaw. She had a enotmous crush on Lionpaw. aparenty the other two Dawnstar knew. She said to them,"Hello Lightningcloud and Featherfall. We need to speak with Darkstar please."
Hollypaw noticed that their faces got sober as they meowed,"Acually we came to tell you he died yesterday and Lightningstrike was going to the Moon Mount."
(Will have next chapter ASAP! Hope ya like it!)

My father gave me this raggity old book a few years ago. I love it so much that I carry it with me just about everywhere wrapped in a hanky. Gracian says what so many of us can't connect from our brains to our tongues!
