    It should be stated that this is not a group of short stories, rather a group of first chapters of books. Most of them look to be promising books, however it is a little frustrating not knowing that these are just 'teasers' and not stand-alone shorts.

    title is a bit misleading

    basically stories that get you hooked to go out and get the book to see how it ends. Not what I thought it would be.
