    Eh, it was alright

The idea for the story was good, but it felt like it was either poorly edited or needed a few more rewrites. It's hard to take a story seriously that has a 14yo refer to their mom as "mommy" and in general comes off as kind of preachy. This felt like a story that you would write in high school and feel proud about, but then when you reread it as an adult realize it's not that good.

    SMB : > I'M HOOKED!

Great original plot. Loved the characters. Have started #2. FYI , Anyone who knows teen girls also knows they will use "mommy" when upset, scared, or want something. I highly recommend this book. Well done.

    Nice

This is a very nice story. The premise is interesting and the characters well done. I feel badly for Serena because her mom is so absent emotionally for her as well as seemingly absent from the "real" world at times. Her mom does redeem herself somewhat at the end. Reading this was a nice break from my world and I look forward to spending more time reading the sequels.

    Great story

I really enjoyed this story. It was a fun read. As for the first person who reviewed this story, i feel sad for him/her. My 37 year old daughter still calls me mommy sometimes. I called my daddy just that to this day. With that kind of mentality towards this great story i feel sorry for the children of that pe

    It's a good story.

It's just a little hard to believe that a 14 year old can be so mature.
