Nineteen important attributes of God are illustrated using events in the lives of Bible characters. Each story begins with a Bible verse and ends with a personal note to readers, emphasizing the relevance of each tale. The stories will guide young people to understand and trust God’s relationship with them.

Alisha Braatz’ language is fresh, in a tone that will resonate with today’s youngsters. This author adds details that make the story alive for readers and that suggest occasional humor.

The whimsical drawings by Silverthorne are sometimes a bit difficult to understand, but match the tone of the book.

This book can be a valuable gift to young friends and family members, to help them believe in and relate to God’s greatness and goodness.
