Rosemarie Gortler is an R.N. and a licensed professional counselor. She is also an extraordinary minister of the Eucharist, a member of the Secular Franciscan Order, and a volunteer for Project Rachel.


Donna Piscitelli is a school administrator in Fairfax, Virginia. She is active in her church and in Christian outreach.


Mimi Sternhagen is a home-school teacher and mother of five children. She and her husband, Don, assist with Family Life ministry in their parish. In addition to her collaborated works with Rosemarie and Donna, Mimi has illustrated Catholic Cardlinks: Patron Saints and Teach Me About Mary.
