This cookbook is wonderful; a great set of recipes that actually work. The book covers all aspects of a diet, and best of all, is organized really well. Chatham gives an overview, divides the book’s recipes into categories, and even includes a grocery list. The book easily encourages you to feel more health-conscious, and provides easy-to-follow instructions that make it easy to stick to the plan.

Great book if you need a plan to change your eating habits. Simple and straightforward with easy to understand science about how and why the body stores belly fat. Recipes are quick, easy and delicious while not breaking the bank. Best part of the whole program is how logical and realistic it is, you are allowed to cheat once a week, you are encouraged to eat throughout the day and more. I use the book daily, love it.

John Chatham's BELLY FAT DIET COOKBOOK is both comprehensive and informative. The book explains the healthful needs for this diet and how the variety of foods work nutritionally. The recipes are concise and easy to follow. This is a must for anyones cookbook library.

Chatham provides an enlightening and educational cookbook that will help you make healthy changes to your diet.  There are no counting calories, carbs, or fat grams—just lists of healthy food options and recipes to assist you in making the right food decisions.  In addition, tools are provided to help overcome diet hurdles, such as emotional eating and cravings.  What I like most about the cookbook are the many easy to prepare and amazingly tasty recipes in the back: crunchy granola, fish Florentine, sweet potato chips, turkey fajitas, and red wine poached pears, just to name a few.  Finally, a diet that I can follow!

I’ve noted the lack of vegetables in my diet so I thought I’d pick up a cookbook to get some ideas. I’ve already tried a couple of the recipes I found here and was pleased with the results. Good book and thanks.

I would definitely recommend "The Belly Fat Diet Cookbook", published by John Chatham. This is an easy to read and comprehend book, on a non-fad, lifestyle changing diet. The recipes look delicious and simple enough for for even a novice cook.

The first thought of any person who wants to lose that uncomfortable belly fat is a heavy sacrifice against your own health. In fact it was my personal thinking until I read “The Belly Fat Diet Cookbook.” This book is an excellent information resource following a very easy diet plan and that including eating healthfully. What a great guide on losing belly fat! It is a well thought-out and very understandable guide that foregoes the fad diets and cardio workout crazes that grace magazine covers, but offers factually-based techniques for losing belly fat.  Don't waste your time on anything else, buy this book! (It has great recipes too)

Many people struggle with losing belly fat—including me. Because of this book I am going to get started on the Belly Fat Diet right away! I do a lot of cooking and recipe research but I found the many recipes using healthy foods in this book to be very unique. The book has enough information about the correct foods to eat and how to use them in recipes so that you can get started right away on this diet. Now I know what changes I need to make to achieve a flat belly.

This has a great system for being on a diet that isn’t really a diet. No calorie counting, no real limit on what and when you should eat. Pretty good I would recommend this to someone what has hit a plateau in their weight loss and or are new to dieting. A simple but effective system to follow

The Belly Fat Diet Cookbook by John Chatham is a fantastic resource for those hoping to make a positive difference in their eating habits or weight-loss goals. This isn’t a restrictive diet and the foods on the “approved” list are both tasty and healthful. The recipe for rosemary chicken was definitely a hit at home! I highly recommend this book for its delicious recipes and information on cortisol’s influence on belly fat.

So Much More than a Cookbook The Belly Fat Cookbook is loaded with helpful nutritional tips and suggestions.  In this cookbook we are able to see how common snacks and recipes are made with healthier and more nutritional ingredients. In this cookbook you will learn how to substitute mayonnaise in recipes for Greek yogurt and carrot and celery sticks for salty chips.
