Eric Ng has a BA in Computer Science and a JD, both from Ivy League schools. He practiced law in the corporate department of a top New York-based corporate law firm, where he completed rotations in the mergers & acquisitions, securities, and credit groups, representing clients in sectors ranging from energy to technology to transportation.

Patrick Smith is a fourth year attorney at a prestigious New York-based corporate law firm. He went to Berkeley for his undergraduate degree and then followed in his older brother's footsteps by attending UCLA's prestigious law school.
