Meet the Author

Frank Tobler is a dual degree student at Stanford Law School and Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB).

Patrick Johnson is a fourth-year attorney at a prestigious New York-based corporate law firm. Currently he is a litigation associate who is specializing in his firm's white-collar practice. He went to Berkeley for his undergraduate degree and then followed in his older brother's footsteps and attended UCLA for law school.

This is the best book i've read yet out of all of the best books.
