I read this book because it was free. I agree with the other reviewer, Steven Gherring seems pretty arrogant and spoiled. But I read the next book in the series, HER BEST MATCH, and it was delightful. Steven changes by the end of the book and you're really pulling for him. Both books are PG, but there is sex at the end of HER BEST MATCH, so I would recommend this book for over 18. I think I might have liked this book better if I'd read book one first.

The Best Is Yet to Come is a fun teaser for Tamie Dearen’s first book Her Best Match. It was exciting to get to know the infamous and handsome Steven Gherring and find out just what he is thinking when he first meets the lively and spirited Anne Best. You should also check out Dearen’s first book, which continues the story of this unexpected and confusing romance from Anne's prospective, with all the complications caused by the amorous Frenchman Henri.

It's a quick, fun preview. And it's FREE! The next book is free too, and personally, I think you should read it first. Her Best Match. If you like cheesy Hallmark movies like I do, you'll love the whole series.

It's short (prequel), OK but the characters were shallow and lame! Thank goodness it was free. (Don't bother with the next one.)

Quick and fun. I read this little teaser and I was hooked. There were fun sparks between Anne Best and Steven Gherring. It did exactly what it was supposed to do. It made me want to buy Her Best Match. But, that's okay, because I LOVED that one, and it only cost three bucks. And now I'm going to read all the others. LOL

A lovely little teaser or great way to mourn the loss of completing Her Best Match.

I think you should read Her Best Match, and then read this free prequel. I loved getting Gherring's perspective. I don't think you need this book before you read the first book of the series. But it was a great free addition to the first book, which is really the only purpose. If you don't plan to read book one, don't read this prequel because it leaves you hanging.

This is a free 35 prequal to the author's next book, " HER BEST MATCH." There is a 4 page excerpt at the end. This is a story about a billionaire businessman, needing a new employee and having women problems. It is a rather insipid tale. It is well edited, with no adult themes and very little plot. Since it is a prequal, there is no conclusion at all. "HER BEST MOVE." The next book cost $2.99 and is available. This is chick lit. I am not sure what age to recommend this book for. It was very tame and there was not much to it, other than a very rude, spoiled, condencending billionaire. I have no idea what the full length book will contain. I do not intend to find out. AD
